Bill Barks, EMTP, EMS-I

Program Manager for the Center for EMS

Bill has spent 34 years in the EMS community as an EMT, teacher, preceptor, coordinator, supervisor, manager, EMS marketing and public relations and over 30 years as a field paramedic. He has worked in almost every EMS arena including 16 years in the hospital systems. Bill is the liaison between the OSU Hospitals, Health System, University and all EMS agencies.
