To improve understanding of the role of airway management in the care of the trauma patient, this study will compare different airway management techniques used to provide ventilatory support for patients with severe traumatic brain injury combined with hemorrhagic shock. Human patient simulator scenarios specific to this clinical situation will be developed and used to evaluate each of the different airway devices and techniques.
